What this is

A library of handcrafted soundscapes for everyday regulation support: settling toward sleep, returning attention to the body, softening into rest, or holding a gentle working focus.

What this is not

Lowroom is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are working with a clinician or therapist, this can sit alongside that work — it does not replace it.

Listening well

Listen at a comfortable, low volume — these soundscapes are designed to sit under your attention, not on top of it. Long sessions at high volume can tire the ears. If you use headphones at night, keep the level low.

When to pause

If you notice discomfort, agitation, or anything that doesn't feel right while listening, stop the session. There is nothing to push through here. Come back later, choose something softer, or simply rest in quiet.
